Stop Asking "Why Am I so Crabby Lately?"

By Larry Gotterer

You’re ready to snap. Maybe you’ll even crackle and pop. Those are side effects of crabbiness. Most people’s knowledge of crabs is limited to cracking them open or trying to get rid of them after a date. But for now, let’s focus on people who are crabs.

Positive thinking is a questionable remedy for feeling crabby. Why? Simply because if you were thinking positive in the first place, how in the world did you end up feeling so crabby now? Alternatively, negative thinking offers a different option for controlling the crabbiness-creating crabs crawling through your brain’s limbic system.

Understanding how to control the negativity behind what’s making you feel crabby is critical. Once you do, it’s possible to be crabby while feeling much less irritated.
